The ticket costs 100 CZK, and you can pay by the bus driver in cash or by card. Another good option is to take a bus and then the metro\u00a0(see <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/goo.gl\/X8fNDP\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">details<\/span><\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justify-text has-text-color\" style=\"color:#5d5e60\">Trains are currently the fastest way to get to Olomouc from Prague (Praha hl.n.). The journey takes approximately 2\u20132,5 hours (please note that the ongoing modernisation of railway tracks may cause delays). You can choose between:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#5d5e60\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cd.cz\/en\/default.htm\">\u010cesk\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy<\/a>&nbsp;(Czech Railways)<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.regiojet.com\/\">RegioJet<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leoexpress.com\/en\">Leo Express<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#5d5e60\"><strong>You can buy a one-way or return ticket (even using different companies) <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/oneticket.cz\/home\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">here<\/span><\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#5d5e60\"><span id=\"Travelling_from_Vienna_to_Olomouc\"><strong>Travelling from Vienna to Olomouc<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#5d5e60\">You have several options. For example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"justify-text has-text-color\" style=\"color:#5d5e60\"><li>train connection operated by <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.oebb.at\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\">\u00d6BB<\/a> with one change departing from Vienna Central Station (approx. 3 hours) <\/li><li>bus (Vienna Airport via Brno to Olomouc main railway station) operated by&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.regiojet.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">RegioJet<\/a>, or direct bus operated by <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/global.flixbus.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Flixbus<\/a><\/li><li>express personal transport service run by&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.prepravanaletiste.cz\/en\/#uvod\" target=\"_blank\">P\u0159eprava na leti\u0161t\u011b<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#5d5e60\"><span id=\"Travelling_within_Olomouc\"><strong>Travelling within Olomouc<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justify-text has-text-color\" style=\"color:#5d5e60\">Olomouc is definitely a walkable city, but you can also use trams and buses to travel within. You can also purchase your ticket via a mobile phone with a Czech number or directly from the driver, but a small surcharge applies.
