Please note:
- For organized panels with one or more members who would be only presenting online, the title of the panel would be preceded by the word “HYBRID”.
- For individual papers, the authors of which would only be presenting online, the title of their paper would be preceded by the word “ONLINE”.
A zoom link will be sent to all “HYBRID” panels and “ONLINE” papers before the conference.
Please also note that other than double panels, all organized panels have 1.5 hours.
- For individual papers, 3 papers have been slotted into one single session, with 30 mins for each paper presentation (20 mins talk + 10 mins Q and A).
- For organized (single) panels, there might be variations among the number of papers (2-4). Nevertheless, the time slot is still 1.5 hours. Except for the pre-lunch and last session of the day, there is always a 30-min coffee break after each session, if needed, one can extend into the coffee break (but it should not affect the next session).
- Double-panels are allocated 2 consecutive sessions, with a 30-min coffee break in-between. There is no obligation to use the full span of the allotted time (3 hours). Panel members can decide as they see fit.
