Please make sure that your presentation is either in Powerpoint or PDF format. There will be a student assistant in every conference room to help you check if everything works correctly. All rooms are equipped with an AV system, PCs connected to the internet, and free WiFi.
We kindly ask you to upload your presentation to the conference room computer before the panel begins. Please do not use your own laptop to connect to the projector, but bring your presentation on the USB flash disc or download it, e.g. from your email account.
The allocated time for each presentation is 30 minutes (20 minutes for the presentation and 10 minutes for the Q&A).
